A: You can find Costco Next order information and complete warehouse returns for delivered Costco Next orders using the CX Member Services Portal.

Q: What are the login credentials for the CX Member Services Portal?
A: If you are a warehouse, your account is set up with your mbr email address. This is a shared log-in between all warehouse staff. To login, enter your mbr email address and the customized password. If you don’t know your warehouse’s password and are unable to obtain it from a coworker, please follow the “Forgot Password” process.

Q: My warehouse is new to using the CX Member Services Portal. How do I login for the first time?
A: If you have never logged into memberservices.costconext.com, follow the Forgot Password process. If you need further assistance logging in, please reach out to LiveChannel at support@livechannel.io.

Q: What is my warehouse’s mbr email address?
A: The mbr email address for each warehouse uses your three- or four-digit warehouse number. If your warehouse number is four digits, then there is a leading zero included. The email address begins with the letter w, then your warehouse number, followed by mbr@costco.com. For example, if your warehouse number is 1111, your mbr email address would be w01111mbr@costco.com.

Q: How do I change my password?
A: To reset your password, please follow the “Forgot Password” process. You will need access to your warehouse’s mbr email address to complete the process. Your new password must be a minimum of eight characters long and include at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, and one non-alphanumeric character. Once it has been reset, please share the updated password with all relevant warehouse staff to avoid interruption in member servicing.

Q: Who has access to our account?
A: All warehouse staff share the same login credentials for each individual warehouse.

Q: Can I create my own individual login for the CX Member Services Portal, or do I have to share?
A: Each warehouse only has one shared account to access memberservices.costconext.com. The mbr email address is used for shared access at all warehouses.

Q: What do I do if I get locked out?
A: After 5 incorrect password attempts, you will be temporarily locked out of your CX Member Services Portal account. You must wait a minimum of five minutes before trying to log in again. If you need to reset your password, please follow the “Forgot Password” process.
